Swann's Inn Estates is a charming neighborhood in the heart of beautiful Goochland County, VA, situated just 20 minutes from Richmond's West End/Short Pump and 45 minutes from Charlottesville.

The Swann's Inn Estates site comes with a great history, as it was once the location of
Swann's Inn, a farmhouse owned and operated by the Swann family where judges and other travelers to the courthouse area would stay in the early 1900's. The original 1890 farmhouse has been relocated to Rassawek Vineyard, about 15 miles west of the neighborhood.
